’the Gathering’ event and Red Shutter Studios LLC  "Not Liable" Document

Please read this document carefully. By attending and participating in ’the Gathering’ event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk:
- Participation in ’the Gathering’ event involves inherent risks and hazards. By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or harms that may occur.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and any associated parties of ’the Gathering’ event, Red Shutter Studios LLC and the sole owner Courtney Ribeiro shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your attendance or participation in the event.
- You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties for any liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from your participation in ’the Gathering’ event.

3. Personal Responsibility:
- You are responsible for your own actions, behavior, and well-being during the event. You are expected to exercise reasonable care and caution to prevent harm to yourself and others.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of your actions or conduct during [Event Name].

4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
- You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers, staff, and any authorized personnel.
- Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in your removal from the event premises without refund or compensation.

5. Personal Property:
- The organizers and Released Parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property brought to or left at the event premises.
- It is your responsibility to safeguard and secure your personal belongings.

6. Photography and Media:
- By attending ’the Gathering’ event you grant the organizers and its affiliates the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- This "Not Liable" document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By attending ’the Gathering’ event you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this "Not Liable" document. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not participate in the event.
