- Be mindful of personal boundaries and obtain consent before initiating any physical contact.
2. Safety and Security:
- Follow all instructions given by event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders.
- Comply with security measures, including bag checks, and refrain from bringing prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous objects.
- Report any suspicious or unsafe behavior, items, or situations to event staff or security personnel promptly. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING
3. Environmental Considerations:
- Keep the event premises clean and better than you found it. ’the Gathering’ is a “pack in - pack out” / “leave no trace” event. What you bring in you MUST take out with you upon leaving the venue.
- Support recycling initiatives and be mindful of the environment by minimizing waste and avoiding littering.
4. Noise and Disturbance:
- Be considerate of others and keep noise levels at a reasonable level, particularly in camping areas or during nighttime hours.
- Refrain from playing loud music or using sound systems that may disrupt the enjoyment of others.
5. Personal Responsibility:
- Take responsibility for your personal belongings and valuables. The event organizers are NOT liable for any lost, stolen or broken items.
- Read and review the Liability Document. By attending ’the Gathering’ you are hereby agreeing with all the event’s terms and conditions.
6. Photography and Recording:
- Obtain proper consent before taking photographs or recording audio/video of other attendees, performers, or staff.
- Respect any designated areas where photography or filming is prohibited.
7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Abide by all local, state, and federal laws, as well as any rules and regulations established by the event organizers.
- Refrain from engaging in any illegal activities or behaviors that may jeopardize the safety or well-being of others.
8. Compliance with Terms and Conditions:
- Acknowledge and comply with the event's terms and conditions, as stated during ticket purchase or entry to the event.
